Let Go & Slow Flow will allow you to move your body in a slow controlled way (whilst using optional weights) that support you to do every day functional movements with pure ease, pain free and allow peak performance. You will do a range of poses that flow and will extend your range of motion, build strength and tone whilst engaging your core. This is the pinnacle equilibrium of feeling flexible, strong, and setting your mind free.
