WHAT CLASS SHOULD I DO?

Do whatever class suits your schedule, at Soul Strength there are so many different class on offer and we would love for you to ty them all. All classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities and we will be able to scale and modify the class that suits your needs, abilities and injuries. We are3 here for and want to ensure you have the best experience possible.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Where clothing that you are comfortable in and that allows you to move freely, keep in mind that you will sweat so avoid any clothing that will fill heavy when you sweat.

WHAT DO I BRING?

DON’T FORGET YOUR WATER BOTTLE: You will sweat so you will need to ensure you hydrate yourself prior to the class, during the class and after the class.

BRING X2 TOWELS: One towel to wipe yourself down and the other towel to put over your matt.

WHAT DO I WEAR ON MY FEET?

No runners required, all classes are low impact on your joints are session are in thermo-controlled studio. You can do a class bare foot or with socks whatever your comfortable with.

DO I NEED TO BOOK MY CLASS?

Please book in your class prior to your arrival, this allows your teacher to further personalise and prepare for your experience and will reserve your spot as classes may fill up.

I HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA OR PILATES BEFORE?

Not a worry at all, your teachers are highly experienced will ne able to cater and scales things to suit your abilities. Remember we all started as a newbie, so as you become a regular you will continue to improve each session.

I’M NERVOUS, AND I HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE…SHOULD I COME?

Our number one priority is you, and ensuring you have the most amazing experience possible. It’s ok to be nervous, it’s normal but your nerves will ease as soon as you come in, meet your teacher, community and are welcomed in our studio with open arms.

WHAT MINDFULNESS TECHNIQUES WILL I EXPECT?

Its so important to ensure we create a balanced body and mind, the main mindfulness modalities we use are meditation, breathwork, journaling, gratitude, intentions and we will also have a weekly theme. The goal for our mindfulness component its just to plant seeds in your mind so you able to use our techniques in your everyday life.

WHY THE HEAT?

Our infrared heated studios and pre-set to a temperature that is going to be most suitable for the class.

When we practice in a controlled heated environment it will allow our muscle to further relax, the heat will allow for a beautiful deeper safer and more enjoyable stretch.

The heat will also increase your heart rate, so you will not only have the benefit of improving your flexibility, core and full body strength but also give you the important cardio-vascular workout we all need.

The heat will also improve blood circulation throughout the body and will reduce joint pain and stiffness.

The sweat will moisturise your skin and has been shown to have an antiaging effect, it will bring toxins to the surface and assist in removing them, additionally helps kill harmful bacteria on your skins surface, giving your skin and body the extra glow.

The heightened heat will allow assist in ensuring you have a clearer mind as you will be encourage to focus more and more on your breath.

CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?

Yes you have the ability to put your membership on hold for example if you are unwell or you are going on a holiday, please notify us with your circumstance and we are happy to help.

CAN I MAKE UP SESSION IF I MISS A SESSION?

Yes We understand thing can get crazy from one week to another, If you miss a session we allow 2 weeks to make the session up.

CAN KIDS ATTEND THE CLASS?

Our programs have been created for your adults, but Kids aged 12 years and over are able to attend the class with a guardian if the child’s guardian feel as though they are ready. Unfortunately, our studio has not been designed for kids to wait for their parents in the waiting area so kids are not permitted to wait whilst their guardian does a class
