Soul Strength isn’t just place where you get to work out, our program is designed to ensure you achieve the combination of moving your body and mastering your mind. Our movement modalities will ensure you achieve peak performance based on your abilities as well as combining proven mindfulness teachings to ensure you achieve a sense of peace, gratitude, and internal calmness. Our objective is to ensure your mind, body and soul work in sync to allow you to feel your best at your Soul Strength studio but most importantly in your everyday life.
Our chosen forms of movement modalities are various styles of Pilates, Yoga whilst incorporating Strength Training all performed in a comfortable hot/warm studio and the mindfulness techniques we use is meditation, breathwork, visualization, gratitude, manifestation and journaling. By creating a space and combination of Mindfulness and Movement methods you will be nurtured to accomplish everything you have desired in your physical, personal and wellbeing goals. You will become part of a likeminded community where everyone is invited to elevate, encourage, and support each other.
